Hello Dear Friends and White Knights,

In June 2000 when I first learned about the NESARA Law, it was due to
NESARA information being leaked by US Navy Intelligence.  In the
following months, I also obtained NESARA news which came from US
Secret Service contacts, from a US National Security Agency agent,
from two US Senators, from US Treasury contacts, from banking
contacts, from US military Delta Force contacts, from US military Navy
SEAL contacts, and from others both inside and outside the USA.  For
years, I spent 18 hours a day on the telephone talking with people
across the USA and the world regarding NESARA and related topics.

Because of the US Supreme Court’s EXTREMELY STRICT GAG ORDER on
NESARA, very little information about NESARA has leaked into the
mainstream press.  NESARA requires the immediate removal of the
current federal government administration officials, so naturally both
Clinton and Bush have been anxious to keep the NESARA Law from being
announced.

For those of you new to NESARA, here is an overview.  NESARA, the
National Economic Security And Reformation Act, provides the
following:

1. Restores Constitutional Law in America as of NESARA’s public
announcement.  

2. Removes the Bush US administration officials from their positions
due to their unconstitutional actions.  Bush, Cheney, and the Cabinet
are immediately removed from office by NESARA’s public announcement. 
The NESARA public announcement also removes all members of the US
Congress due to their unconstitutional actions.  These removals allow
a fresh start at the national level.  NESARA uses the Constitutional
Line of Succession.  NESARA installs Constitutionally acceptable
NESARA President and Vice President Designates, who have very limited
power, until new federal elections can take place within six months
after NESARA’s announcement.  NESARA supporters in Congress fill
Cabinet Designate positions until new elections.

3. NESARA’s public announcement means “peace” and the immediate
removal of US military from Iraq and Afghanistan because NESARA
abolishes all unconstitutional states of emergency, laws, and
Congressional resolutions.  This means everything G. W. Bush has put
in place to attack Iraq and Afghanistan is abolished because all of it
is unconstitutional.   

4. As partial remedy and financial redress for 90 years of government
and banking fraud, NESARA requires zeroing out of credit card balances
and provides bank debt relief to Americans for bank loans including
mortgages, car loans, education loans, business loans, and other bank
debt.  Banks will be paid $9000 per each credit card account with a
balance; these funds have been raised in special revenue generating
activities in Europe.  NESARA requires other bank debts be made
self-liquidating loans and American banks are instructed to use new
revenue generating processes to pay off Americans’ bank loans.

5. Initiates the US Treasury Bank System with new U.S. Treasury
currency backed by gold. The Federal Reserve is abolished; Federal
Reserve facilities and most personnel are absorbed into the US
Treasury Bank System.  We will be exchanging our Federal Reserve
notes, which are not backed by gold, for the US Treasury currency
which is backed by gold.  

6. Abolishes Income Taxes in US due to proof the income tax amendment
was never ratified and is wrongly applied.  NESARA creates a national
sales tax on new, non-essential items as revenue for government. 
Essential items such as food and medicine, and used items, are exempt
from the sales tax.  

>From June 2000 through June 2004, I reported what I was hearing from
White Knight contacts regarding actions to bring NESARA to
announcement.  The term “White Knights” is borrowed from the Wall
Street Journal and the world of big business hostile takeovers when a
vulnerable company is "rescued from a hostile takeover by a White
Knight” corporation or wealthy person.  Certainly, these people
fighting to bring Americans and the world the benefits of NESARA and
to rescue our people from government and banking fraud deserve to be
called “White Knights”.  

For four years, I discussed in the Dove Reports what the White Knights
were saying regarding actions to announce NESARA.  The White Knights
were members of US intelligence groups, US military, and some had
positions in government and Congress.  In July 2004, after four
frustrating years of writing about NESARA and after learning US
Supreme Court Judges were secretly sabotaging NESARA’s announcement, I
decided to do my own investigation of what needs to be done to get
NESARA announced.  

Following 8 months of investigations, traveling, and meeting with
people who had information helpful to bringing NESARA to announcement,
I authored and compiled a 200-page document.  I titled the document
“Restoring America Through Improving and Announcing NESARA”.  It
included an overview of NESARA and the actions needed to improve
NESARA so that when NESARA is announced, it will bring about
desperately needed reforms and provide for a stable economy during the
NESARA implementation process.  It also included pictures of large,
secret caches of gold which will be purchased as part of NESARA’s one
million metric tons of gold to back NESARA’s US Treasury currency.

In February through April 2005, the 200-page report was sent to over
200 US military commanders, all FBI offices, and others.  To avoid
causing problems for those to whom I sent the report, I am including a

The reason I distributed the 200-page report to these people (and
others who have requested total anonymity) was to generate support for
NESARA in the hope some of them would take on the activities needed to
ensure NESARA is announced.  

I was successful in receiving feedback, through secure processes, that
certain high level military officers and other influential people are
supportive of the actions required to move NESARA to announcement.  

WHY I ESTABLISHED THE NESARA LAW TASK FORCE

Having the “military” be the “Leaders” in actions to improve and
announce NESARA did not work out.  After receiving the 200-page NESARA
report, certain US Military Generals informed me that 
     “…we CANNOT BE SEEN leading this NESARA action.  We ultimately
report to the oval office.  We CANNOT LEAD the process, but we CAN AND
WILL SUPPORT YOU BEHIND THE SCENES.  When the time comes that we can
be of assistance, we will be there to help.”

In April 2005, I decided to meet with certain US military officers
whom I thought may support NESARA and who had received the NESARA
report.  I called their offices and asked for an appointment to meet
with the Commander; I explained I would like the Commander's advice on
a certain matter related to the NESARA report I had sent.  

For two weeks, I called their offices and met with a common response. 
First, I spoke to the Commanders’ appointment secretary, or Master
Sergeant, or other assistant who, in most cases, did not recall seeing
the report entitled “Restoring America Through Improving and
Announcing NESARA” and asked me to call back in a few days after they
had time to find the NESARA report and talk to the Commander about my
appointment request.

When I called back, I again met with a common response.  When I asked
about scheduling an appointment to meet with the Commander regarding
an aspect of NESARA, the assistant to the Commander became very
nervous and anxious to end the call.  Almost unanimously, I was told
the Commander could not meet with me or that they would call me if the
Commander decided to meet with me.  I knew from their attitudes that
NESARA was “too hot” for them to discuss over the telephone.

There was one exception.  I called a Commander whose regular secretary
was out sick and the substitute secretary made an appointment for me
for a week later.  All that week, after having been rebuffed by the
other Commanders’ offices, I expected to be called by the Commander’s
office stating the appointment was cancelled.  However, the
cancellation call did not come, so I flew to the East Coast for the
appointment.

I arrived at the military base and sat outside the Commander’s big,
spacious office while I waited for him.  When he arrived, he directed
me down the hallway to a small office furnished only with a metal desk
and chair, and two visitors’ chairs in front of the desk.  I met with
the Commander and his legal assistant for about an hour.  The legal
assistant had reviewed the report, “Restoring America Through
Improving and Announcing NESARA”, and had numerous questions and
comments.  He informed me it was his duty to make certain the
Commander was not involved in any legal problems.

US MILITARY OFFICES AND HOMES ARE BUGGED BY THE US GOV.

At the end of our meeting, the Commander stated, “There is a reason
why we are meeting in this office and not my big office.  Also, after
you leave here, do not call me on the telephone.”

The Commander knew his office was bugged!  He did not meet with me in
his big office because it is bugged.  From the responses of the other
Commanders, it is clear ALL the Commanders believe their offices are
bugged and their activities are being watched by the Bush government!

Furthermore, in speaking with a NESARA Supporter whose good friend is
a Major in the Army, she informed me that the Major NEVER discusses
anything sensitive or political  in his home or over his home
telephone.  She stated if the Major wants to discuss anything
sensitive, he spontaneously invents a reason to leave the home
accompanied by the person with whom he wishes to speak.  

I have had several additional confirmations from other military
contacts that active US military officers know their offices and homes
are bugged by the Bush government!

This is why our NESARA supporters in the US military and intelligence
groups are operating BEHIND the scenes and cannot carry out a
leadership and public role in doing the actions to improve and
announce NESARA.  

US intelligence and military personnel have played important roles
behind the scenes in actions which led to Congress passing the NESARA
Law in Spring 2000.  However, due to the fact they “report to the oval
office”, they cannot be seen in public to be leading the NESARA
actions.  They are continuing to provide behind the scenes support of
our NESARA actions.

This is why I established the NESARA Law Task Force and we are making
good progress.  The NESARA Law Task Force is the group publicly moving
NESARA forward and backed up by considerable behind the scenes
support.

OCTOBER 5, 2006 PROTESTS AGAINST BUSH GOVERNMENT

More Americans are realizing the Bush government must be removed.  On
October 5, 2006 – this Thursday – community groups around the USA are
meeting to PROTEST the Bush government.   The protests are being
organized by the World Can’t Wait organization in hundreds are
communities across the USA.  

Their mission statement from www.worldcantwait.net is:
   “World Can't Wait is organizing people living in the United States
to take responsibility to stop the whole disastrous course led by the
Bush administration. We seek to create a political situation where the
Bush administration's program is repudiated, where Bush himself is
driven from office, and where the whole direction he has been taking
U.S. society is reversed.

   We seek to mobilize millions to express their outrage, to speak the
truth, to act with urgency and form an organized political resistance.
We welcome any individuals and groups who agree that the Bush Regime
should be driven out, whatever their political party affiliation or
lack thereof. We reach out to people who have been fooled by Bush, and
to those who have been most seriously affected by the outrages
inflicted by the Bush Regime.”

This protest is the IDEAL place to inform people of NESARA.  I’m
asking all of you who have time to attend a local protest in your area
on October 5, 2006 to take NESARA Flyers and pass the flyers out at
these protests.  NESARA is the SOLUTION they are seeking, but due to
the gag order on NESARA, most of these people do not know about

Most people do not know that the NESARA Law’s announcement will
include the REMOVAL of the Bush government.  Help inform them of
NESARA by giving these people, who know the importance of removing
Bush, the good news that NESARA is the SOLUTION they have been
seeking!
